Excellent attendance is of utmost importance to your child's educational development and success.

We understand that there are times when circumstances such as illness prevent a child from attending school. You will be asked to provide an explanation for your child's absence to the Attendance Officer.

Please use the Leave of Absence Request Form below to request for your child to attend essential appointments or other exceptional circumstances.

Please note that requests for holidays during term time will not be authorised and you may be subject to a Penalty Notice.
